Founded in 2013, Cascadia Development focuses on ground-up development and re-positioning of seniors housing, multifamily and commercial space throughout the Western United States. Cascadia has developed sixteen seniors housing communities totaling 935 units and over 1 million sq. ft. of space. Cascadia is also actively developing two other seniors housing projects totaling 217 units, a 144 unit multifamily project, a 16,500 sq. ft. commercial center and a mixed use project that includes 78 multifamily units and 11,000 sq. ft. of commercial space
