$14M Memory Care coming to Marysville

MARYSVILLE – Cascadia Senior Living of Yakima plans to build a $14 million facility at 110th and State Avenue in Marysville.

The community will cater to the needs of elderly residents with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and dementia.

A ground-breaking ceremony Tuesday kicked off construction, which will take about a year.

Fieldstone Memory Care of Marysville will be single story with almost 40,000 square feet. The community will contain 48 units and 60 licensed beds, of which 36 will be private units and 12 will be companion rooms. Each unit will have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The community will be licensed with state Department of Social and Health Services.
